Exciting news over here!
At the beginning of September, I applied for and was accepted to develop a breakfast recipe for SoFabFood. I decided to make Japanese pancakes because I saw a video tutorial on them and was intrigued. They are fat little cakes made using a cookie ring to help keep them in a perfect circular shape. With the weekend around the corner, these would be the perfect way to spice up your brunch game! They are adorable and taste ah-mazing. I seriously ate 5 of them (two of which were stuffed with Nutella as well).
